Meadowsweet is a multi-purpose herb that supports the body. May decrease cold and flu like symptoms, helpful for viral infections, immune support, natural pain reliever, aids in digestion.
 
We infuse our tinctures for at least a month, usually longer. Take 1 dropper full, 1-3 times per day as needed for relief. Tinctures are strong concentrations of plant medicine. Always start small and increase dosage as needed. May also be mixed in tea, glass of water with some honey, or juice. Or taken in a veggie capsule.
