Skullcap has a wide range of benefits: Sedative like effects that promote a calm nervous system, helps ease feelings of anxiety, tension, stress, joint, muscle, and especially nerve related pain, fibromyalgia, shingles, inflammation, insomnia, and more. The plant was prized by Native Americans for its powerful medicinal properties.
 
Take 20-40 drops, 1-3 times per day as needed for relief. This is about a dropper full, but always take the lowest dose necessary. May also be mixed in tea, glass of water, or juice. Or taken in a veggie capsule to make more palatable. Comes in an amber glass dropper bottle.
