There is no better way to enjoy the benefits of elderberry syrup and calming, sleepy time herbs than to make your own.
This DIY kit is ready to go for you to be proud of making a healthy daily immune booster in your own kitchen, while also supporting your natural sleep cycle. All you need to add is water and raw honey or maple syrup (if you want a little extra sweetness and added health benefits to your homemade elderberry syrup).
Elderberry supports the immune system, and is great for fighting general congestion, reduces fever and inflammation, and helps with allergies and hay fever. The combination of herbs we add may help aid in sleep. Made with all organic ingredients: Black Elderberries, Ginger, Cinnamon, Lemon, Catnip, Valerian Root, Lavender, Chamomile, Cloves. *Each kit makes approximately 24 ounces of black elderberry syrup.* Once made your syrup will last up to 3 months. We recommend refrigeration of this product after it is made.*
How to use: 1 tsp or 1 TBS nightly 30 minutes before bedtime. Our customers have shared they also love to mix the elderberry syrup into their drinks. Add to your favorite cocktail, seltzer water, or just take plain.
Our DIY elderberry syrup kits ship in a heat sealed bag for your protection. Easy to follow directions are listed on the label.
