This DIY kit is ready to go for you to be proud of making a healthy daily immune booster in your own kitchen. All you need to add is water and raw honey or maple syrup (if you want a little extra sweetness and added health benefits to your homemade cough syrup). This DIY kit makes approximately 24 fl. oz of delicious, effective, and soothing Wild Cherry + Elderberry throat and cough syrup.
 
Organic ingredients: Elderberries, Wild Cherry Bark, Rose Hips, Echinacea, Mullein, Licorice root, Slippery Elm, Marshmallow root, Cinnamon, and Ginger root. Add contents of bag to 4 cups spring water. Soak for 2.5 hours. Simmer until reduced by half. About an hour or so. Strain and add 2 cups honey (or less if you prefer). Stir well. Add to jars and refrigerate for up to two months. Shake well before use. Optional* May add Brandy as a preservative. How to use: 1-2 tsp every hour until symptoms subside.
